本次采购合同于2026年2月13日签署，并于2026年2月20日交易时段后发出采购订单。所采购设备包括储能电池、相关零部件，以及测试、调试、交付和保修等服务。采购价约43.22百万美元，另含约13.39百万美元关税，总金额为56.61百万美元。支付将分多期进行，包括设备测试完成后、确认设备出厂后、交付后以及调试完成后等阶段。全部储能设备预计于2026年8月31日前交付给买方。
据公告说明，该交易构成须予披露交易，原因在于相关适用百分比率超过5%但低于25%。公告称，采购的储能设备属于该集团日常及一般业务范畴，董事会认为，这笔交易条款公平合理，并符合公司及股东整体利益。
