E Lighting Group Holdings Limited announced on 10 July 2026 that the English and Chinese versions of its FY2025/26 Annual Report together with the circular containing the notice of the forthcoming Annual General Meeting have been uploaded to the company’s website (www.elighting.asia) and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s website (www.hkexnews.hk).

The board “strongly recommends” stakeholders to access the web-based documents, describing them as the primary medium for corporate communications. However, non-registered shareholders who experience difficulty viewing the online files may request free printed copies—either in English, Chinese or both—by completing and returning the enclosed request form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited (17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong) or by emailing 8222-ecom@vistra.com. Pre-paid mailing labels are provided for local postage.

Shareholders holding E Lighting shares through brokers, banks, custodians or HKSCC Nominees are encouraged to supply a functional email address to these intermediaries to receive electronic notifications of future corporate publications. Until a valid email is on record, such investors will receive only hard-copy notifications of online publication.
