During these sessions, the proposal concerning the adjustment of registered capital and the amendment of the company's articles of association and its appendices was reviewed and approved.

Following the completion of the issuance of H shares and their listing on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, the company's total share count has increased from 872,557,313 shares to 982,784,813 shares. Recently, the company finalized the necessary registration modifications and filed the updated articles of association, subsequently receiving the replacement business license from the local regulatory authority.
