Datang Renew clears all 2025 AGM resolutions; declares RMB0.03 per-share final dividend

China Datang Corporation Renewable Power Co., Limited (Datang Renew, 01798) reported that its 2025 Annual General Meeting, held on 25 June 2026 in Beijing, passed all proposed resolutions by poll.

Shareholder participation • Voting rights attached to 5.69 billion shares—78.26% of the 7.27 billion shares outstanding—were exercised. • All ordinary resolutions, including the 2025 board work report, audited financial statements, profit distribution plan and re-appointment of domestic and overseas auditors for 2026, received 99.999% to 100% approval. • Two special resolutions—authorising the 2026 financing plan and registering debt-financing instruments—also cleared the required two-thirds majority, securing 99.79% and 96.05% support, respectively.

Dividend distribution • Shareholders approved a final cash dividend of RMB0.03 per share (tax inclusive), amounting to RMB218.21 million. • Entitlement date: 9 July 2026. • Payment date: on or before 24 August 2026. • H-share holders will receive HKD0.035 per share, based on the PBOC’s five-day average exchange rate of RMB1.00 = HKD1.150.

Governance and oversight All nine board directors—two executive, four non-executive and three independent non-executive—attended the AGM. Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services acted as the scrutineer for the poll.

No additional shareholder proposals meeting the 1% threshold were received.
