Perfectech International Holdings Limited (00765) Announces Director and Authorised Representative Changes

Perfectech International Holdings Limited announced that, effective 19 January 2026, Executive Director and Authorised Representative Mr. Li Shaohua resigned due to other personal engagements and business commitments. Mr. Li Shaohua confirmed having no disagreement with the board and no outstanding claims against the company.

Following the resignation, Executive Director Mr. Zhong Shihui has been appointed as the new Authorised Representative, and Mr. Li Haiyang has joined the board as an Executive Director. According to the announcement, Mr. Li Haiyang brings extensive technology and software development experience, having worked in multiple information technology roles since 2001. He serves as Chief Technology Officer of Guangzhou Perfectech Data Link Information Technology Co., Ltd., an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Perfectech International Holdings Limited.

Mr. Li Haiyang entered into a service agreement with the company, subject to retirement by rotation and re-election in the next general meeting. He will receive a monthly director’s fee of HK$10,000 and a separate salary of RMB28,000 for his chief technology officer role. The company's board expressed gratitude to Mr. Li Shaohua for his service and extended a warm welcome to Mr. Li Haiyang.
