消息面上，隔夜，海外碳化硅龙头企业 Wolfspeed大涨超16%，月内股价已实现翻倍。据报道，5月13日，全球知名AI供应链研究机构Citrini发布的重磅报告，彻底点燃了全球资本市场的碳化硅（SiC）板块。Citrini的报告明确将碳化硅列为AI领域最被低估的核心主线。报告核心指出，AI电源与AI基建相辅相成，是AI产业发展的核心支撑，而碳化硅正是AI电源的核心增量所在。无论是效率要求、技术匹配度还是产业链成熟度，碳化硅在AI高压电源场景中都具备不可替代的优势。
公开资料显示，2025年，天岳先进导电型碳化硅衬底的市占率达到了27.6%，超越Wolfspeed问鼎全球第一。其中，公司8英寸碳化硅衬底的市占率更是以51.3%的市场份额遥遥领先。华源证券此前研报指出，考虑公司具备规模化量产8英寸SiC衬底的能力，有望受益于SiC衬底行业回暖，迎来需求增长。
