Yadea Group Holdings Ltd. (YADEA) filed its monthly return to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing for the period ended 31 July 2026, confirming that both authorised and issued share capital remained unchanged during the month.
The company’s authorised share capital stood at 5.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of USD 0.00001 each, equivalent to total authorised capital of USD 50,000. Issued shares (excluding treasury shares) were steady at 3.11 billion, and the company held no treasury shares.
YADEA reaffirmed compliance with the Main Board’s 25% minimum public-float requirement as at month-end.
No new shares were issued, repurchased, or cancelled in July. The group’s only outstanding equity incentive relates to a share-option scheme adopted in April 2016 and granted on 17 January 2023 at an exercise price of HKD 16.14. Outstanding options under this scheme totalled 4.23 million at both the beginning and end of the month, with no options exercised and no funds raised.
