China Minsheng Banking Corp., Ltd. (MINSHENG BANK, 01988) has announced that its board of directors will convene on 30 March 2026. The meeting’s agenda includes:
• Reviewing and approving the consolidated financial results for the year ended 31 December 2025.
• Considering a recommendation for a final dividend to shareholders, subject to board approval.
