Banks‐focused holding company BOC Hong Kong (Holdings) Limited (BOCHK) filed its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing on 2 October 2026, covering the month ended 30 September 2026.

The submission confirms that BOCHK’s issued share count remained unchanged at 10.57 billion ordinary shares, with no treasury shares outstanding. The company’s authorised share capital allows for the issuance of up to 20.00 billion ordinary shares, and its share capital carries no par value.

No share options, warrants, convertible securities, or other share-issuing arrangements were exercised, granted, or lapsed during the month, and there were no share repurchases or cancellations. Consequently, the total number of issued shares and the structure of the register were stable throughout September.

BOCHK affirmed that its public float meets the Main Board Listing Rule threshold of at least 15 % of total issued shares. The company secretary, Huang Xuefei, submitted the disclosure, reiterating compliance with all applicable listing requirements.
