S-ENJOY SERVICE (01755) announced that, effective October 27, 2025: Mr. Wang Xiaosong resigned as a non-executive director; Mr. Lü Xiaoping resigned as a non-executive director and ceased to be a member of the nomination committee; Mr. Lu Zhongming resigned as a non-executive director and ceased to be a member of the audit committee; Mr. Qi Xiaoming was appointed as a member of the nomination committee; and Mr. Jiang Xuzhi was appointed as a member of the audit committee.
