China HK Power expands share capital by 9.71% through HKD 260.00 million loan-to-equity swap

China HK Power Smart Energy Group Limited disclosed on 26 May 2026 that it has allotted 722.22 million new ordinary shares to major shareholder Dr. Kan Che Kin, Billy Albert under a loan capitalisation agreement signed on 5 March 2026 and detailed in company announcements dated 5 March and 14 May as well as the circular issued on 28 April.

The new shares were issued at HKD 0.36 each, implying an aggregate consideration of approximately HKD 260.00 million. Following the transaction, China HK Power’s issued share capital rose from 7.44 billion to 8.16 billion shares, representing a 9.71% increase. The company confirmed it holds no treasury shares and reported no share repurchases or on-market sales of treasury stock during the period.

The disclosure was filed by Company Secretary Fung Chun Yin in accordance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange Main Board Rule 13.25A.
