Gelan Holdings Group Limited's Hong Kong GEM IPO prospectus, submitted on April 11, has expired on October 11 after the six-month validity period. UOB Kay Hian served as the sole sponsor, while Lingfeng Capital acted as the exclusive financial advisor during the submission.

According to the prospectus, Gelan Holdings is an established manufacturer of sunshades and blackout curtains targeting overseas markets. The Netherlands, United Kingdom, Chile, France, and Australia were the company's primary sales destinations during the track record period.

Gelan Holdings manufactures roller blinds, soft yarn curtains, pleated blinds, cellular blinds, venetian blinds, and accessories, selling these products to international clients under its own brand. Additionally, the company procures other sunshade and blackout curtain products that fall outside its internal product portfolio for trading purposes to serve its customer base.
