山东威高集团医用高分子制品股份有限公司（“威高股份”，股票代码：01066）于2026年5月22日发布公告，披露当日于香港联交所场内回购公司H股普通股12万股，占公司回购前已发行股份（不包括库存股份）约0.0027%。回购价格每股介于3.45港元至3.47港元，总金额约41.54万港元。
回购完成后，公司已发行股份（不含库存股份）总数为4,465,936,324股，库存股份数目为56,396,000股。根据公告，威高股份已于2025年5月27日获得购回授权，可回购股份总数为451,560,392股，迄今已在交易所内外合计回购49,747,600股，占购回授权通过当日已发行股份数目的11.0168%。公司确认本次回购已遵守上市规则及相关法律法规。
