Uni-Bio Science issues circular on terminating current share option plan, proposes new scheme and calls Extraordinary General Meeting

Uni-Bio Science Group Limited released a shareholder circular dated 28 April 2026 that details three core matters:

1) Termination of the existing share option scheme. 2) Proposed adoption of a new share option scheme. 3) Convening of an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM), accompanied by a form of proxy for voting purposes.

The full English and Chinese versions of the circular, the EGM notice and the proxy form are now accessible on the company’s website (www.uni-bioscience.com) and on the HKEX website (www.hkexnews.hk). Registered shareholders are encouraged to review these materials online.

Shareholders who cannot access the electronic versions may request printed copies at no cost by completing and returning the reply form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, or by emailing 690-ecom@vistra.com.

The company reiterates that maintaining a valid email address on file is each shareholder’s responsibility. Without a functional email address, shareholders will receive future publication notices and other actionable corporate communications solely in printed form until an email address is provided.
