2026年7月17日，金风科技股份有限公司（02208）公告称，将为全资子公司金风国际控股（香港）有限公司旗下的全资子公司Goldwind Morocco (SARL)向Energie Eolienne du Maroc SA提供风机长期运维服务的合同履约义务，提供连带责任保证担保。担保金额不超过13,680,000美元（折合人民币约92,933,712元），占公司2025年度经审计净资产的0.21%，担保期限自担保协议签署之日起至第七年底止。
被担保方Goldwind Morocco (SARL)成立于2023年9月7日，注册资本10,000摩洛哥迪拉姆，主营太阳能或风电设备的进口、批发、安装、维修与维护业务。截至2026年5月31日，该公司资产总额214,578,875.65元，负债总额212,967,492.32元，资产负债率超过70%；同期实现营业收入140,950,379.44元，净利润459,769.11元。
本次担保使用额度来源于公司2025年度股东大会核准的“资产负债率70%以上合并报表范围内全资、控股子公司新增担保总额不超过225亿元”的授权范围内，因此无需另行提交董事会审议。
本次担保实施后，金风科技及其控股子公司对外担保余额合计4.49亿元，占公司最近一期经审计净资产的1.03%；其中，对合并报表外单位担保余额1.93亿元，占0.44%。截至公告日，公司及其控股子公司不存在逾期担保及涉诉担保事项。
