TIANJINPORT DEV (03382) announced that on August 27, 2025, its subsidiary entered into a purchase and sale contract with Jinan Heavy Industry Company for the acquisition of one portal crane at a consideration of RMB 15.6933 million (tax inclusive).

The procurement and installation of the portal crane includes equipment as specified in the purchase contract (comprising equipment, devices, spare parts, consumables, supporting software or other auxiliary electronic applications and technical documentation), technical services, and warranty period services. Under the contract terms, the seller must deliver the portal crane and related equipment to the buyer's designated location within 180 days after the contract becomes effective, and complete installation and commissioning.

The purchase of the portal crane will enhance the subsidiary's overall operational efficiency and further improve its loading and unloading capacity, thereby creating greater benefits for the Group.
