Sep 02

Palinda Group Holdings Limited announced a postponement in despatching its shareholder circular related to three key corporate actions: 1) a proposed capital reorganisation, 2) a planned change in board-lot size, and 3) a non-underwritten rights issue on the basis of one new share for every two shares held on the record date.

The circular was originally scheduled for release on or before 2 September 2026. Citing the need for additional time to finalise information, the board now expects to distribute the document on or before 18 September 2026, representing a delay of up to 16 days.

The upcoming circular will provide detailed terms of the capital reorganisation, the revised trading lot size, and the mechanics of the 1-for-2 rights issue. The board remains responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the information to be provided.

Board composition at the time of the announcement comprises Chairlady and Executive Director Ms. Huang Wei, Executive Director Mr. Dou Sheng, and Independent Non-executive Directors Mr. Wu Chi King, Mr. So Yat Chuen and Ms. Cheng Wai Iris.
