消息面上，蓝猫资本宣布向北美领先的公共养老金和保险投资者出售了旗下三只信贷基金的14亿美元资产。此次出售以贷款面值的99.7%成交，接近其原始价值，涉及27个行业的128家投资组合公司。所得款项将用于向股东返还资本以及偿还债务。
