绿色能源科技集团有限公司（00979）8月4日公告，为完成根据一般授权进行的新股配售，已与配售代理第一证券（香港）有限公司及未来证券有限公司签署补充函件，将配售事项的最后完成日期由2026年8月4日延长至2026年8月24日，或双方书面协定的其他日期。除延长期限外，配售协议其他条款维持不变。
公告重申，配售价为每股0.4港元，较2026年8月4日股份收市价0.27港元溢价约48.15%，亦较紧接补充函件日期前五个连续交易日平均收市价0.297港元溢价约34.68%。
公司提醒股东及潜在投资者，配售需待相关条件达成后方可作实，配售事项未必一定进行，买卖公司股份时应审慎行事。
