兖矿能源集团股份有限公司（01171）7月20日公告称，控股股东山东能源集团有限公司（以下简称“山东能源”）已于同日通过上海证券交易所交易系统以集中竞价方式首次实施增持，买入公司A股997,790股，成交金额20,234,060.70元，折合约2,023.41万元，占公司总股本的约0.01%。
此前，兖矿能源已于2026年3月27日披露控股股东增持计划。根据该计划，山东能源计划自2026年3月27日至2027年3月26日期间，拟以自有或自筹资金通过上海证券交易所交易系统增持公司A股，累计金额不低于1亿元且不超过2亿元。
本次增持前，山东能源持有公司5,303,899,421股，持股比例为52.84%。截至目前，山东能源已完成的增持金额为20,234,060.70元，距离计划下限1亿元仍有较大空间，公司表示山东能源将继续按照计划推进后续增持。
公告同时提示，本次增持计划的实施可能受到资本市场变化等因素影响，存在未能达到既定目标的风险。公司将持续关注增持进展，并按照相关法规和交易所规则及时履行信息披露义务。
