周五（9月26日）盘前，名创优品（MNSO）股价大涨5.47%，投资者对公司子公司TOP TOY的独立上市计划反应积极。
根据港交所文件显示，名创优品旗下TOP TOY已向港交所提交上市申请书，联席保荐人为摩根大通、瑞银集团和中信证券。名创优品公告称，公司拟以TOP TOY股份于香港联交所主板独立上市的方式分拆该附属公司。分拆完成后，TOP TOY将仍为名创优品的附属公司。
TOP TOY是一家专注于潮流玩具的设计、开发、采购及销售的潮玩集合公司。据国信证券研报显示，TOP TOY在2025年第二季度实现收入4.0亿元，同比增长87.0%。截至2025年第二季度末，TOP TOY门店数量达293家，其中283家位于中国内地，10家位于海外。分析师认为，TOP TOY未来将重点提升"自有品牌+自有IP"的销售贡献，并借助名创优品的全球门店网络，优先在北美、欧洲等潮玩消费潜力大的市场拓展，逐步实现"专业潮玩赛道全球化"。
