Metro Holdings Limited announced that, effective Apr, 1 2026, Ms Joanna Lim Lan Sim will become company secretary, succeeding Ms Tan Ching Chek, who is set to resign on Mar, 31 2026.
Following the change, the firm’s joint secretaries will be Ms Eve Chan Bee Leng and Ms Joanna Lim Lan Sim. The board expressed gratitude to Ms Tan Ching Chek for her contributions during her tenure.
