A representative from HanYang Hotel Management Co., Ltd. expressed gratitude, stating, "We no longer need to handle multiple license and permit changes separately or go through separate reviews. The one-stop joint processing has saved us significant time and greatly helped with the hotel's scheduled opening." On September 17, staff from HanYang Hotel Management Co., Ltd. (operating the Hanting Hotel) visited the county's Administrative Approval Bureau to present a banner, thanking the bureau for its efficient and thoughtful government services.
It is understood that the hotel needed to process several license changes and permit procedures simultaneously due to adjustments in its business layout. Under the previous traditional approval model, each item would have required submitting materials separately and undergoing multiple on-site inspections, taking at least 31 working days to complete, which would have severely delayed the hotel's opening preparations.
To continuously optimize the business environment and deepen the "Efficient Completion of One Thing" government service reform, the bureau has innovatively implemented a new working model of "Integrated Items + Proactive Services." This model consolidates and processes related approval items in parallel, effectively streamlining procedures and compressing approval timelines, using "subtraction" in government services to achieve "multiplication" in business development.
For HanYang Hotel Management Co., Ltd. (Hanting Hotel), the bureau processed high-frequency related matters such as business license changes, public place sanitation permits, and food operation permits as an integrated package. All approval steps proceeded simultaneously with parallel review and completion within a set timeframe, reducing the total processing time from 31 working days to just 3 working days—an efficiency improvement of over 90%. This acceleration in government service quality and speed has helped the enterprise open for business quickly and operate steadily.
Since the start of this year, the bureau has carried out an activity called "Director Walks the Process to Improve Efficiency." By restructuring and optimizing business processing workflows, it has upgraded "sequential approval" to "parallel processing," simplified "multiple inspections" into "one joint site visit," and transformed "waiting for approval" into "proactive on-site services." These measures comprehensively simplify procedures and continuously enhance the experience and satisfaction of market entities.
The Party Secretary and Director of the bureau, Che Lianjie, stated, "We will continue to deepen the integrated reform of government services, expand the coverage of on-site services, joint inspections, and integrated processing. With an efficient approval model and considerate assistance services, we will keep improving convenience for businesses and add 'acceleration' to the county's high-quality economic and social development."
