BAY AREA DEV (00737) has announced the completion of its subscription share issuance.
All conditions precedent under the subscription agreements have been satisfied, and the subscription was finalized on June 26, 2026, in accordance with the terms of those agreements.
Pursuant to the agreements, the company has allotted and issued a total of 250 million subscription shares to the subscribers at a price of HK$1.8335 per share.
