INNOSCIENCE (02577) announced that all conditions under the placement agreement have been fulfilled, and the placement was completed on October 17, 2025. A total of 20.7 million new H shares, representing approximately 3.94% and about 2.26% of the issued H shares and total issued shares following the completion of the placement, have been successfully allocated to no less than six subscribers at a price of HKD 75.58 per share, in accordance with the terms of the placement agreement.
