2026年7月2日，老铺黄金（股票代码：06181）发布截至2026年6月30日止的股份变动月报表。公告显示，公司在报告期内股本结构保持稳定，未出现新增发行、回购或注销股份的情况。
根据公告，老铺黄金本月末法定/注册股本总额为人民币176,744,500元，面值为每股人民币1元。其中，H股已发行股数为143,541,560股，另有未上市股份33,202,940股。两类股份数目与上个月保持一致，均无增减变化。
