本季度信息
截至2025年12月31日止六个月，智昇集团实现营收约4.81亿元，同比增长7.7%。同期经调整净亏损约0.04亿元，较上年同期的0.02亿元亏损进一步扩大。报告期内毛利约0.91亿元，同比减少25.7%，毛利率由上年同期的27.4%下降至18.9%。经营活动所用现金净额约0.03亿元，同比净流出有所增加。
从成本结构看，销售及分销开支同比上升，管理层在财报中指出其主要系稳固市场份额及推广投入所致；行政及其他开支则有所下降，其中包括部分预期信贷损失拨回和费用管控的效果。
业务分项
家具板块收入约3.96亿元，同比增长11.5%。管理层表示，薄利多销的市场策略带动订单规模增长，但同时也拉低了整体毛利率。数据中心板块收入约0.85亿元，同比减少7.1%，主要由于部分客户租约到期后未续约，导致服务器机架租赁收入下降。
