PROSPER ONE (HKEX: 01470) has announced that Ms. Meng Zichao has tendered her resignation as an executive director of the company.
The resignation is effective from June 5, 2026, as Ms. Meng intends to dedicate more time to her other personal affairs.
Consequently, she will also cease to be a member of the board's nomination committee from the same date, June 5, 2026.
