Palinda Group Holdings Limited announced the elevation of Mr. Dou Sheng, currently an Executive Director, to Chief Executive Officer with effect from 30 April 2026. His role as Executive Director remains unchanged, and no separate service agreement has been signed; the existing agreement continues to govern his employment terms.

Mr. Dou, aged 47, joined the Board on 24 October 2019. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Material Science and Engineering from Henan University of Science and Technology (2002) and brings more than a decade of sales distribution and marketing experience in China. Within the Group, he also serves as a director of several subsidiaries, overseeing business development and marketing.

The Board, currently comprising two executive directors—Ms. Huang Wei (Chairlady) and Mr. Dou Sheng—and three independent non-executive directors—Mr. Wu Chi King, Mr. So Yat Chuen, and Ms. Cheng Wai Iris—expressed its support for Mr. Dou’s expanded leadership responsibilities.

The company stated that the appointment aims to ensure continuity in leadership and effective management across the Group.
