业务分项
在北京地区，社区购物商场和车位等物业带来营收13,073千港元，同比减少约7%，主要受市场需求疲软及新供应量增加影响。上海的办公楼业务营收16,398千港元，同比下降17%，受市场供应充裕及企业租赁需求放缓所致。深圳方面，集团继续推进位于南山区东角头地块的开发工作，该板块在本期仍未产生营收。
