消息方面：Joby Aviation宣布将以1.25亿美元收购Blade Air Mobility客运业务。知情人士表示，Joby近期正在评估这笔交易。Blade主要运营纽约市区至周边机场及度假胜地的直升机共享航线，采用单座售票模式。若收购成功，正在研发电动空中出租车的Joby将直接获得成熟的航空出行市场。不过相关人士强调，目前尚未达成最终协议，Joby仍可能放弃收购。目前，双方公司代表均未对置评请求作出回应。
据了解，Blade于2021年通过SPAC合并上市，但至今尚未实现年度盈利。该公司股价年内累计下跌10%，当前市值约为3.09亿美元。作为获得丰田汽车(TM.US)投资的航空创新企业，Joby计划在2026年初启动商业飞行服务，预计明年将有5架航空器进入适航认证的最后阶段。这家市值136亿美元的公司上月宣布，将把其加州玛丽娜工厂的年产能提升一倍至24架航空器。
