For the month ended 31 October 2025, Huayu Expressway Group Limited (01823) disclosed in its newly submitted monthly return that its authorized share capital remained at 10,000,000,000 ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01, maintaining a total of HKD 100,000,000. The number of issued shares stayed unchanged at 412,608,000, and no treasury shares were held.
