PAN ASIA DATA H (01561) has released an announcement regarding the adjournment of its winding-up petition hearing.
During the petition hearing held at the High Court of Hong Kong on July 29, 2026, the company and the petitioner jointly requested the court to further postpone the proceedings.
As a result, the Hong Kong High Court has issued an order to reschedule the winding-up petition hearing to Wednesday, September 30, 2026. As of the date of this announcement, no winding-up order has been issued by the court against the company.
