CCT Fortis Holdings Limited reported a senior management reshuffle that will take effect on 23 March 2026.

The outgoing company secretary, Ms. Wong Chi Ling, has tendered her resignation and will simultaneously cease to serve as both authorised representative under Listing Rule 3.05 and process agent under Part 16 of the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance. Ms. Wong confirmed she has no disagreement with the board and no matters require shareholder attention.

To fill the vacancies, the board appointed Mr. Kwok Che Chung as company secretary and named Executive Director Ms. Cheng Yuk Ching, Flora as the new authorised representative; Ms. Cheng will also continue her role as process agent.

Mr. Kwok brings more than 15 years of finance, accounting and company-secretarial experience in Hong Kong. His credentials include: • Master of Business Administration, The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology • Bachelor of Arts in Accountancy, Hong Kong Shue Yan University • Chartered Global Management Accountant designation • Associate membership, The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants • Associate membership, Institute of Certified Public Accountants

The board expressed its gratitude to Ms. Wong for her service and welcomed Mr. Kwok to his new role. As of the announcement date, the board comprises two executive directors—Mr. Mak Shiu Tong, Clement (Chairman) and Ms. Cheng Yuk Ching, Flora—and three independent non-executive directors: Mr. Chen Li, Mr. Chow Siu Ngor and Mr. Lau Ho Kit, Ivan.
