根据华住集团8月20日发布的财报，2025年第二季度公司实现总收入64.26亿元人民币，同比增长4.52%。更引人注目的是，股东应占净利润达15.44亿元，同比大幅增长44.7%。此外，公司上半年业绩同样亮眼，总收入达118.21亿元，同比增长3.46%；股东应占净利润24.38亿元，同比增长41.25%。
