Nanhua Futures Buys Back 45,500 H Shares at HKD 6.59 Average, Expands Treasury Stock to 4.35 Million

Nanhua Futures Co., Ltd. executed an on-market repurchase of 45,500 H shares on 17 September 2026, paying an aggregate HKD 0.30 million at prices ranging between HKD 6.515 and HKD 6.665 per share. The volume-weighted average price was approximately HKD 6.59 per share.

Prior to the transaction, the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) stood at 151.80 million shares, while treasury shares totaled 4.30 million. The buyback reduced the outstanding share count by 0.03% to 151.76 million and lifted treasury holdings to 4.35 million. Total issued shares remained unchanged at 156.11 million.

The repurchase was conducted under the mandate approved on 16 July 2026, which authorizes up to 10.77 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now reach 4.35 million shares, equivalent to 4.04% of the company’s issued shares on the mandate date.

A 30-day moratorium on new share issues or sales of treasury shares is in effect until 17 October 2026, in line with Hong Kong Listing Rules.
