2026年上半年，康方生物实现总营收18.06亿元（人民币，下同），同比增长27.92%。报告期内，商业销售收入为18.03亿元，同比增长28.65%，商业授权收入为2.5百万元。
报告期内，毛利为13.40亿元。经营活动净现金流为2.90亿元。
在成本端，研发投入为7.83亿元，同比增加7.12%，占商业销售收入比重为43.44%。销售及营销开支为7.86亿元，相比去年同期的6.70亿元有所增加；其中，销售及营销开支占商业销售收入的比重从47.80%降至43.56%，下降4.24个百分点。
期内公司净亏损4.47亿元，较上年同期的5.88亿元减亏1.41亿元。管理层表示，亏损减少主要得益于销售收入增长以及部分投资损失计提的减少。根据财报显示，净亏损规模及相应占收入比率均有所下降。
