Tharimmune Inc. jumped 51% in premarket trading after surging 207% in prior trading session following positive pharmacokinetic simulation results for its lead drug candidate TH104, designed to prevent respiratory depression from fentanyl exposure.


The clinical-stage biotechnology company reported that TH104 simulation data demonstrated sustained protection against high-potency opioids for approximately 24 hours after a single dose. The buccal film formulation begins protecting within 30 minutes of administration.

Chip stocks rebounded in premarket trading. AMD, Nvidia, SMCI up within 1%.

Nuclear stocks jumped in premarket trading. NANO Nuclear Energy, NuScale Power, Oklo up about 3%; Centrus up over 1%.

CoreWeave, Inc. shares climbed nearly 2% after it was revealed Jane Street had purchased a 5.4% stake in the artificial intelligence hyperscaler.

The quantitative trading firm now holds a total of 19.99M shares of CoreWeave, according to a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on Wednesday.
