The sales area reached 39,800 square meters, with an average selling price of RMB 13,344 per square meter. For the full year of 2025, the Group achieved a cumulative sales amount of RMB 6.727 billion. The cumulative sales area totaled 487,999 square meters, resulting in an average selling price of RMB 13,788 per square meter.
