康圣环球（09960）于2026年7月27日发布翌日披露报表，宣布当日在香港联交所场内回购24.60万股普通股，占当日前现有已发行股本约0.02382%，每股回购价介乎0.97港元至1.03港元，合计耗资24.48万港元。此次回购股份将以库藏股形式持有。回购完成后，公司已发行股份总数维持1,041,326,640股，已发行但不包括库藏股份数目为1,032,683,640股，库藏股份数目增至8,643,000股。
据公告，此次回购根据2026年6月5日通过的购回授权进行。该授权允许公司最多购回103,426,264股，而截至本次回购，公司累计购回1,579,000股，约占授权通过当日已发行股份（不包括库藏股份）总数的0.15267%。公司亦提及，任何在本次回购后进行的新股发行或库藏股出售，适用至2026年8月26日的暂止期规定。公司表示已遵守香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法规。公告由执行董事、首席财务官兼公司秘书柴海节签署。
