美的集团（股票代码：00300）于2026年7月28日发布翌日报表公告。公告显示，公司在深圳证券交易所回购A股243,300股，约占回购前公司已发行股份总数的0.003574%。本次回购价格区间为每股人民币84.10元至84.99元，合计支付约2,061.00万元。该部分回购股份将作未来减少注册资本之用，并暂以库藏股份方式持有。
同日，公司根据第九期股票期权激励计划行使期权发行新股311,920股，约占发行前公司已发行股份总数的0.004582%，行权价格为每股人民币41.44元。本次变动后，公司已发行股份增至6,807,771,395股，库藏股份增至167,602,902股，合计股份数为6,975,374,297股。
公司表示，已就上述股份回购及新股发行事宜履行了相关上市规则与法律法规规定的全部程序，相关授权均已获董事会正式批准。公告由公司董事长、执行董事兼总裁方洪波签署。
