7月14日，高丰集团控股有限公司（02863）公告称，其控股股东之一大德投资贸易有限公司已根据配售协议，通过配售代理向超过6名配售对象合共配售300,819,000股股份。该项配售已于2026年7月14日完成。 公司此前于2026年6月29日及7月10日发布的公告中，已披露有关控股股东拟配售部分现有股份的计划。公司强调，鉴于配售具有可能全部进行或不进行的风险，股东及潜在投资者在买卖公司股份时应保持谨慎。
截至本公告日期，公司董事会成员包括执行董事高浚晞先生及高镛丽女士，独立非执行董事陈永辉先生、杨怀隆先生及王志荣先生。
