Revenue and Profitability • Revenue is expected to reach RMB 11.45 billion–RMB 11.55 billion, representing a year-on-year increase of about 22%–23%. • Operating profit is forecast at RMB 1.62 billion–RMB 1.66 billion, up roughly 5%–7% from RMB 1.55 billion a year earlier. • Profit for the period is estimated at RMB 0.94 billion–RMB 0.96 billion, a rise of 4%–6%. • Basic earnings per share are set to climb to RMB 0.78–RMB 0.79, translating into growth of 5%–7%; diluted EPS is projected at the same range, implying a 6%–9% improvement.
Adjusted Metrics • Adjusted operating profit (excluding foreign-exchange effects) is expected at RMB 1.61 billion–RMB 1.65 billion, up 4%–6%. • Adjusted net profit (excluding foreign-exchange effects and other non-recurring items) is anticipated at RMB 1.21 billion–RMB 1.23 billion, indicating a modest decline of 1%–3%.
Key Drivers and Headwinds • A RMB 277.00 million unrealized mark-to-market gain from a limited-partnership investment in the AI sector materially boosted results. • Equity income of roughly RMB 60.00 million from the stake in Yonghui Superstores provided an additional lift. • Offsetting factors included higher selling and distribution expenses, a RMB 142.00 million net foreign-exchange loss, increased interest on lease liabilities, losses tied to equity-linked securities issued in 2025, and fair-value changes related to TOP TOY preferred shares.
