WORLD-LINK LOG (Asia) (06083) announced that at a board meeting held on Wednesday, January 21, 2026, after considering the Group's business, financial, and cash flow position, the Board declared a special dividend of 1.5 HK cents per share, amounting to approximately HK$7.528 million in total. The special dividend will be paid on or around Wednesday, February 25, 2026, to the Company's shareholders whose names appear on the Company's register of members on Monday, February 9, 2026.
