The hearing for a winding-up petition filed against the company's wholly-owned subsidiary, New Select Global Limited, has been adjourned. Pursuant to an order from the British Virgin Islands court, the hearing for the petition has been rescheduled to February 16, 2026. It will be heard concurrently by the BVI court alongside New Select's application for the appointment of provisional liquidators.
