2026年5月6日，中远海运控股股份有限公司（简称“中远海控”）披露截至2026年4月30日的股份变动月报表。报告期内，公司注册股本总额为人民币15,635,578,907元，其中包括普通股H股与A股两类。
根据公告，H股（代码：01919）本月发行数维持不变，期末已发行股份数量为2,756,479,500股。公司于2026年3月23日至2026年4月30日期间回购H股10,819,500股，相关股份尚未注销，故H股的已发行股份数未发生变动。
A股（代码：601919）在报告期内由上一月末的12,556,208,086股增至12,556,240,086股，增加32,000股。该增发系公司A股期权激励计划中预留授予期权的行权所致，行权价格为每股人民币1元。
公司同时公告，2026年3月23日至2026年4月30日期间回购的H股尚未注销。公司重申已遵守香港联合交易所有限公司《上市规则》及相关法律规章规定。
