Xiao Noodles Announces RMB0.03 Final Dividend for FY2025; Ex-Dividend Date Set for 29 June 2026

Guangzhou Xiao Noodles Catering Management Co., Ltd. (Xiao Noodles) has declared a final ordinary dividend of RMB 0.03 per share for the financial year ended 31 December 2025. The distribution is subject to shareholder approval at the annual general meeting scheduled for 25 June 2026.

The Hong Kong dollar equivalent of the dividend and the applicable exchange rate will be announced in due course. Key timetable details are as follows:

• Ex-dividend date: 29 June 2026 • Last day to lodge share transfers: 30 June 2026 (by 16:30) • Book-closure period: 1 July 2026 – 3 July 2026 • Record date: 3 July 2026 • Payment date: 29 July 2026

No warrants or convertible securities are outstanding in relation to this dividend announcement. The board currently comprises three executive directors, one non-executive director, and three independent non-executive directors.
