On November 13, 2025, Sinochem Fuling, a subsidiary of SINOFERT (00297), entered into an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contract with Zhonglian Lianhai and Zhejiang Tuohai. Under this agreement, Sinochem Fuling has commissioned the two contractors to undertake the design, procurement, and construction of an environmentally safe phosphogypsum backfilling utilization project. The total contract value amounts to RMB 62,644,158.09.
