绿城服务集团有限公司（股票代码：02869）于2026年7月13日公告，于当日通过香港联交所场内回购普通股47.6万股，占当日前已发行股本约0.0152%，每股回购价介乎港币3.94元至4.00元，合计耗资约189.24万港元。回购股份将持作库藏股，库藏股数量增至3,064.6万股。
同时，公司根据于2023年6月16日采纳的购股权计划，向本集团员工行使购股权发行普通股11.88万股，发行价每股3.494港元，合计募资约41.51万港元，占当日前已发行股本约0.0038%。
本次回购及发行完成后，截至2026年7月13日，绿城服务已发行股本（不包括库存股份）增至31.23483076亿股，总股本（包括库存股份）增至31.54129076亿股。公司表示，其回购股份授权于2026年6月18日获股东批准，可回购总数为3.13142977亿股。截至公告日，已累计回购约811.8万股，占授权时已发行股本约0.2592%。
绿城服务确认，上述回购及发行程序均已获得董事会正式批准，并遵守香港联交所上市规则及相关法律规定。公告由董事杨掌法签署。
