IREIT Global submits defence in Berlin Campus dispute

IREIT Global announced that its wholly owned subsidiaries holding the Berlin Campus property filed a statement of defence on Jul, 16 2026 with the Regional Court in response to a claim brought by former main tenant DRV.

The manager, IREIT Global Group Pte. Ltd., stated it views the DRV claim as unfounded and believes there is a strong defence against the allegations.

Unitholders and potential investors were advised to exercise caution when dealing in IREIT Global’s units. The manager said it will release further announcements should there be any material developments in the case.
